NV1- Electronic and paper ticket validator
The NV1 ticket validator is equipped with a 7 ”capacitive touch screen displaying information on:
- tolls,
- passenger information,
- advertisements and messages,
- receipt or preview of products purchased over the Internet.
NV1 is equipped with multicolored LEDs additionally signaling the status of the transaction and the operating status. The device has a built-in 2D / 1D code scanner, thanks to which you can register journeys resulting, for example, from various types of promotional campaigns or discounts.
NV1 supports all contactless payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, contactless payments using a phone, watch and other carriers, city cards and digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay).
The device allows you to collect tolls under various tariffs:
- CICO (Check In/Check Out)
- Retail and Known Fare (flat fare)

The NV1 eraser can work both in the autonomous mode and in the mode dependent on the on-board autocomputer. The device has hardware and software self-diagnosis, and cooperation with the MTM system enables remote management of the ticket validator, i.e. creating a dedicated ticket tariff, sales interface (e.g. multiple language versions), sending advertisements and announcements, data analysis and dynamic calculation of the optimal price of trips according to customer tariffs, cooperation with a settlement agent, integration with electronic ticket systems and passenger portals, and reporting.
Thanks to the built-in 2D / 1D code scanner, it is possible to register journeys resulting, for example, from various types of promotional campaigns or discounts. For example - when buying a cinema ticket, the viewer receives a QR code on the ticket, entitling him to a one-time, free travel by public transport. After the code is scanned, the journey is registered and the code is canceled. The validator can be integrated with the Park & Ride system and can register / delete / verify the permissions possessed by the codes.
Security
Thanks to the tokenization of payment card data in the MTM central system, PA-DSS and PCI DSS certification is not required.
The NV1 validator has a built-in Common Criteria EAL6 + certified security chip for secure card handling and communication.
For the needs of paper tickets, it is possible to use a printer with a ticket validation function.
The device has a built-in Beacon, which will quickly provide information traveling by public transport, e.g. about the applicable tariff or the route.
