PIXEL increases production capacity

PIXEL's machine park is significantly expanding. By carrying out R&D works related to, inter alia, production of modern information boards with minimum energy consumption, the company has equipped its park with new machines that enable automation and increase production efficiency.

The company has a park that allows to autonomously produce devices from design to final production of both electronics and mechanics, while ensuring their service.

Machinery for the production of electronics

  • 2 Yamaha SMD assembly lines (200 / h),
  • conformal coating line built on the basis of a two-head PVA delta 8 system,
  • linear AOI 3D system,
  • SMD stencil production system - LPKF P6060 device,
  • soldering system / soldering furnaces Heller 2043 mk5 and Heller 1809 mk5, SMT Wertheim QP M N2,
  • Yamaha P&P device,
  • EMC laboratory, EMI chamber, climatic chamber, shock resistance tests,
  • automatic storage cabinet for smd elements in the MSDS procedure,
  • marking products with a QR code correlated with the tracebility system,
  • soldering in a nitrogen blanket.

Machine park for the production of mechanics

  • TruBend 5130 press brakes by TRUMPF,
  • presses for the implementation of Hager fasteners,
  • TRUMPF TruLaser 1030 laser,
  • CNC machining center DMG Mori CMX 1100V,
  • turning machine DMG MORI CLX 550

Innovative projects and an increase in the number of PIXEL orders generated the need to expand the machine park. At the same time, the services of automatic assembly of printed circuits (both from own and entrusted material) and services related to metalworking are provided for external customers under the PIXEL internal brand, 3P-EMS and by PIXMET Sp. z o. o.
