Rules for the administration of data obtained during recruitment

INFORMATION FOR PERSONS SENDING A CV to the COMPANY
PIXEL Sp. z o. o. in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection - Official Journal of the EU L 119 - hereinafter: GDPR), informs you that:

    1) The administrator of personal data processed for the purposes related to your application for a job in the Company is PIXEL Sp. z o. o. - seat: 85-862 Bydgoszcz, ul. Bogdan Raczkowski 5.
    2) The purposes of processing your personal data related to the consideration of your candidacy by a potential employer in the scope that you made available to PIXEL Sp. z o. o. are defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of keeping documentation by employers in matters related to the employment relationship and the manner of keeping personal files of an employee (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR and Article 9 (2) (b) of the GDPR) and result from your voluntary consent to the processing of the provided data for recruitment purposes (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR and Article 9 (2) (b) of the GDPR ).
    3) Personal data concerning you are not subject to automated decision making by PIXEL Sp. z o. o., including profiling.

4) You have the following rights:

    - access to your data and receive a copy of it,
    - rectification (correction) of data,
    - deletion of data (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR),
    - to limit data processing,
    - to transfer data (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR),
    - object to data processing,
    - lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
    5) PIXEL Sp. z o. o., as the administrator of personal data, will store your personal data for the period specified in the above-mentioned provisions of the labor law, and if you are not employed, for a period not longer than 90 days from the date you provide information of the nature of recruitment.
    6) Your personal data may be made available to entities authorized by law and to subcontractors related to PIXEL Sp. z o. o. - IT companies, law firms.
    7) The company PIXEL Sp. z oo, as the Data Administrator, declares that it does not transfer and does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country, except for the use of Google e-mail, however, Google LLC has joined the "Privacy Shield" program (http://www.privacyshield.gov/ list) thus meeting the requirements of the GDPR and ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
    8) Providing your personal data to PIXEL Sp. z o. o., as a potential employer, is voluntary, however, it is a necessary condition for the Data Administrator to consider your candidacy as a person interested in working for the Company.
