Principles of data processing of natural persons

We would like to inform you that in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection - Official Journal of the EU L 119 - hereinafter: GDPR) PIXEL Sp. z o. o. will ensure the standards of protection and proper handling of personal data specified in these provisions.

Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the GDPR, we inform the persons whose data the Company has at its disposal that:

      PIXEL Sp. z o. o. - seat: 85-862 Bydgoszcz, ul. Bogdana Raczkowskiego 5 is the Administrator of Personal Data, which came into possession of it as a result of the performance of contracts concluded with you, maintaining correspondence, substantive handling of requests, requests, complaints and postulates sent to us.

      Legal grounds for the admissibility of processing by PIXEL Sp. z o. o. regarding your data are based on the necessity to perform contracts concluded by you with the Company (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) and on the provisions of civil and economic law (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR) applicable in in connection with the documentation and financial and tax aspects of the contract. In required cases, the Company will seek your consent to the processing of data for a clearly declared purpose (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), subject to the possibility of easy withdrawal of consent by the person who previously gave it.
      PIXEL Sp. z o. o. declares that in certain factual situations it will process your personal data on the basis of the necessity permitted by the GDPR for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Data Administrator or by a third party (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Examples of the purposes of such processing will include:
      marketing of PIXEL Sp. z o. o. and promoting the Company's operations and new initiatives among clients related to contracts, pursuing claims for running a business.

      Personal data concerning you are not subject to automated decision making by PIXEL Sp. z o. o., including profiling.

      The persons whose data the Company processes have the rights to:

    • access to your data and receive a copy of it,
    • rectification (correction) of data,
    • deletion of data (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR),
    • to limit data processing,
    • to transfer data (in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR),
    • object to data processing,
    • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

      The company PIXEL Sp. z o. o. will store your personal data for the period specified by law, but no longer than 10 years from the last operation performed on your data contained in the Company's information resources.

      Your personal data may be made available to public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law, and to subcontractors related to PIXEL Sp. z o. o. personal data processing entrustment agreements, e.g. legal advisers' offices, IT companies.

      The company PIXEL Sp. z oo, as the Data Administrator, declares that it does not transfer and does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country, except for the use of Google e-mail, however, Google LLC has joined the "Privacy Shield" program (http://www.privacyshield.gov/ list) thus meeting the requirements of the GDPR and ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
